2. Data, purposes and legal basis

Contact data: name, surname, email, subject and message, together with technical form metadata such as user agent, referrer and language, are used to answer enquiries at the user’s request and, where applicable, to prepare or perform the requested relationship.

Clinic accounts and requests: contact details, credentials, clinic data, supporting documents and communications are used to administer accounts, new listings and claims and to prevent fraud, based on the requested relationship and legitimate security interests.

Analytics: a pseudonymised session identifier, pages, events, referrer, user agent and a hashed IP identifier may be used to measure and improve the website only with consent where required.

Security and support logs are processed to prevent abuse, investigate incidents and defend legal claims, based on legitimate interests and legal obligations.

3. Sensitive information

We do not ask for health data. Do not include diagnoses, medical records or other sensitive information in contact forms.

4. Sources, recipients and processors

Clinic information may come from the clinic or its authorised representative, public sources or third parties. Data is shared only where necessary with Netlify for hosting and site functions, Convex for accounts, data and request storage, n8n hosted on Render for contact-form receipt and automation, and other hosting, email, security and technical-support providers acting on the controller’s instructions. Google Fonts may receive technical data when font resources are requested. If automatic search assistance is enabled, the search text, language and minimum technical data may be sent to OpenAI. Public authorities may receive data where legally required. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the actual provider contracts and configuration and must be kept current.

5. Retention

Contact enquiries are retained for the time needed to respond and up to one year after the last communication. Clinic account and request data is kept while the relationship is active and for applicable legal periods. Verification documents are kept only for the request, fraud prevention and applicable legal-claim periods. Analytics data is kept for up to 12 months or until consent is withdrawn. Security logs are kept only as long as required for security and legal purposes.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability and may withdraw consent at any time by emailing inbox@dentistasdevalencia.es. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

7. Automated decisions, consequences and changes

No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made; search suggestions are only indicative. Required data is voluntary, but without it we may not be able to answer an enquiry, create an account or process a request. This policy may be updated when processing, providers or law changes; the current version is published on this page.
